Campus Wanderings

This week's blog post is different than usual; just a small collection of photos and a few thoughts on life.

In all honesty, I was not anticipating this semester to be as busy as it has been. The past couple of months have ushered in new work opportunities, and I've expanded my social network. While I am incredibly appreciative of all of the unexpected additions to my life, time seems to have disappeared.

It's starting to get to that point in the semester where I'm starting to feel overwhelmed, a bit drained, and quite frankly struggling to find the motivation to get through the next five weeks. As much as I love creating blog posts, they are time-consuming, and unfortunately, time was not on my side this week. In the past year, I've learned how important it is to allow myself to take a break. So rather than stress and struggle to create content, I'm sharing a few photos I've taken throughout April.

The beauty of campus in the spring kept me at peace on some very exhausting and demanding days. Watching the trees bloom and change color was my daily reminder to take a breather and appreciate the world around me.
